On Trust

Trust yourself.

Trust yourself.

Trust is a great word and place to be in our life.

Trust of self is most important , because it gives us the base and identity we need. Remember that trusting self is the key to success in all areas of your life.

When we get that gut feeling regarding a situation we are to TRUST IT. Learn to know your body and how your body responds to truth. When you are unsure, take in a deep breath. Let your body fill with breath and feel the calmness. Now think about the issue you are not sure about currently in your life. As you think about this situation allow your body to give you a signal telling you if the situaiton is safe or not. Your body will give you a signal. Sometimes that signal is in my stomach, other times in my neck or at times in my toe. It is a sensation that feels out of place. When this happens know that you are not to move forward with the situation.

If you continue to get a calm feeling then your situation is clear and you can move forward. Be careful not to pysche yourself out. When we are in a relationship and wanting it to work this system may not work because many times, our desire is greater than our truth.
